Nile Oates

Nile V. Oates is a senior at Howard University where he is majoring in healthcare management with an interest in administration and consulting. His work experience has focused on medical office administration, consulting, and human resource management. Nile spent two years working for Oglethorpe Power Corporation as in intern, where he supervised various human resource projects. Last summer he interned for Kaiser Permanente as an medical office administrator. Currently he is an intern at Sibley Memorial Hospital where he assists with Lean excellence and performance in the DC metro area. He is looking for full-time employment where he can leverage his management, consulting, and process improvement skills.
