About

The attributes that I possess as a leader are the ability to listen to others' ideas and work as a team to find the best solution to a possible problem, plan or situation. I involve everyone who I am working with to get everyone's perspective, opinion to further the success of the team. I am a Parliamentarian Officer for the CTSO SkillsUSA organization, and I represent the engineering side of Centennial High School. I plan on involving our side of the school more, and gaining a greater understanding of the future competitions occuring this following spring. I am working on emulating the characteristics of my fellow dual credit educator, and mentor Mr.Henry who has helped guide me to find my passion in Mechanical Engineering. The qualities that I have learned from my instructor that have helped me be a greater leader include standing up for what's right, and to involve everyone around me, to be kind, to be hard working, and to stay motivated through tough times. These qualities are important in shaping a good leader, because they help not only the individual, but the others included. Being a good leader helps others be more involved, opening the door to enhance outgoing communication skills. Being a leader helps others find a leader in themselves.
