About

I am currently a rising 4th year Ph.D. student in Counseling Psychology at Indiana University in Bloomington Indiana. Prior coming to Indiana University, I finished my bachelor degree at Hong Kong Shue Yan University and my master's degree at University of Denver. My primary focus in research and counseling is positive psychology, specifically meaning in life and character strengths. As an associate instructor at Indiana University, I also teach several classes related to counseling, such as positive psychology, introduction to counseling psychology, multicultural counseling skills, communication skills for youth-serving professionals and Asian American mental health. Having spent five years in the United States, I embrace diverse cultures - regardless Hong Kong, America, and any other areas in the world!
