Peter Anagbogu

I am currently a Political Science student at West Los Angeles College, California. My educational goal is to do two years at West, then transfer to University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and complete my major. After earning my bachelor's degree in political science, I intend to go to law school and pursue a degree in law. When I emigrated to the United States from my home country, I had it at the bottom of my heart to finish my education. This was because I dropped out of college back home. Now that I have made the United States my home, going to college here is a great honor and privilege. The value of good and quality education is inestimable. I consider myself fortunate that am in school, and not just in school but, considering my background and origin, a college in the United States. For that am eternally grateful to God. I consider myself lucky indeed. I have come a long way, although the journey has not ended, I still set my sights ahead, knowing full well that with determination, vision, and discipline, I shall surely reach my destination.
