Kitchen Manager at As Kitchen Manager I am in charge of employee scheduling, the commissary, and setting the pace in the kitchen. I enjoy cooking and the interaction with many people from different cultures. The teamwork involved is like you have a second family! Nobody wins if a Supervisor walks around pointing, and with an aire about him that says I'm always busy. Working closely with the members of the team, its like everyday I get to explore someone else's reality and I really enjoy it.

- Graduate school interests
I'm looking at North Carolina Central's Law School. I heard a lot of good things about the program, plus visited it for the first time about a week ago.
- Outside the classroom
I really don't have much "totally free time" there's always something going on at the Seberry house. But I love to read and time management for my household and the restaurant consumes any free time. Volunteering at the Rescue Mission really makes my family feel good and yes, I'm 58 yrs. old
