About

I am currently a third-year student at Sciences Po in Paris, France. This is the final year of my Bachelor's degree in arts, during which I have mainly focused on law, political science, economics, sociology, and history. I am majoring in Politics and Government with an emphasis on the European Union and Germany. This year, I am an exchange student at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. However, due to the global pandemic, I follow my courses online from Paris. In parallel, during the Fall 2020 Semester, I was an intern at the Judicial Court of Nanterre in the suburbs of Paris where I focused on economic and financial crimes (corruption, misappropriation of public funds, money laundering, etc.). For this Spring 2021 Semester, simultaneously with my online courses at the George Washington University, I am doing an internship at the French Ministry of Justice where I work on constitutional law, administrative law, and contract law.

Goals and interests

Career goal

I would like to become a judge or a prosecutor in France after having passed the competitive examination designed to enter the National School of Magistrates which trains people to work in the courts. To be more precise, I would like to specifically work in the sphere of economic and financial crimes and why not hold positions in supranational courts, such as the European Public Prosecutor's Office, the Court of Justice of the European Union, or the European Court of Human Rights.

Graduate school interests

After my Bachelor's degree, I plan to attend the Law School of Sciences Po in Paris, France. My Master's degree will be focusing on French law (family law, criminal law, contract law, criminal procedure, civil procedure, etc.) in order to prepare the competitive examination of the National School of Magistrates.
