About

I graduated from a small town high school a semester early to join the United States Navy. From January 2009 to August 2014 I worked as a Navy Hospital Corpsman. This basic medical path allowed me to experience a wide variety of the medical field including everything from vital signs, phlebotomy, and Labor & Delivery to clerical work, clinical work, and combat trauma. I was accepted and am currently attending Purdue University for a BS in Biochemistry with a pre-medical focus. I intend on continuing my education with medical school and eventually becoming a doctor. Although I am uncertain as to a specialty I may decide on, I have enjoyed the demand and rewards involved with emergency and combat medicine.
