About
Hello, I am a senior in high school looking to pursue a Mathematical Education career. I am looking forward to attending the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. During my high school years, I have around 13 college classes. I will graduate high school with 39 college credits. I am excited to start my journey as a college student and become a teacher very soon.

I plan on becoming a Mathematics teacher in high school.

I am interested in mathematics, science, child development, and the new ways to teach the newer generations.
- Outside the classroom
My biggest hobby is tending to my family's farm animals. We have cows, sheep, one pig, goats, chickens, turkeys, ducks, dogs, and one cat. Another hobby is I like listening to Country music. Also, I like seeing Mexican soap operas with my family. Another hobby is playing 'Loteria' which, is a traditional Mexican game that resembles bingo
Volunteering

I was a Participant, but I volunteered at a football concession stand. I sold many food items like popcorn, candy, pizza, pretzels, graham cookies, and after-school snacks.

I was a Treasurer for ELEVA this 2020-2021 school year. For the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 school year, I was a participant for ELEVA. I participated at the Leo Aguilar annual 5K Run/Walk, where we helped pass out drinks and fruit. I participated in a soccer concession stand, and we helped sell food.
