Ryan Pratt

I am currently pursuing a degree in Forest Resource and Conservation, with coursework in Silviculture, Mensuration, and Society and Natural Resources. My academic path reflects a strong commitment to understanding the science and stewardship of natural resources, along with the relationship between land management, communities, and long-term sustainability.

My background also includes 9.5 years of service in the Navy, where I developed discipline, accountability, resilience, and a strong sense of duty. In addition, my volunteer work with Special Olympics has strengthened my appreciation for service, inclusion, and community involvement. These experiences have shaped my values and continue to influence the way I approach both school and life. I am committed to personal growth, meaningful service, and preparing for a future career that allows me to make a positive impact.
