About

In my Undergraduate, I was the number 1 ranked student in Electronics and Communication Department in Osmania University which is a premier and reputed University in India, located in Hyderabad. My overall GPA at the end of 8 semesters was 9.21/10 during 2009-13.

As a person who was always interested in continuing higher education, I choose to pursue PhD in US which is known for research. So, I started my graduate studies at The University of Iowa as a Graduate Research Assistant in Fall 2013. I cleared my PhD Qualifying examination in Spring 2014 and started my research under Prof. Mudumbai and Prof. Soura Dasgupta.

My current research is based on two different fields:

1) Smart Grids: Allowing smart loads to participate in demand response.

2) Modelling a non-linear observer for estimating Phase and frequency offsets based on demodulated wave for MIMO systems.
