About

I am a high school student at California Online Public Schools Southern California completing an accelerated academic program with a 4.20 academic GPA. I am on track to graduate one year early in June 2027 while also completing college-level coursework through dual enrollment. I earned Honor Roll recognition in both 9th and 10th grade and have participated in an Academic Enrichment Program. After high school, I plan to enter the United States military and continue my university education while serving. Outside of academics, I have dedicated significant time to community service, including helping community members with aid applications, school and government forms, and access to resources. My experiences have strengthened my discipline, perseverance, leadership, and commitment to serving others.

Goals and interests

Career goal

After graduating high school, I plan to enter the United States military and continue my university education while serving. I intend to pursue a bachelor's degree in biological sciences while completing the prerequisite coursework required for medical school. My long-term goal is to become a physician. I see military service and higher education as opportunities to develop discipline, leadership, responsibility, and a stronger commitment to serving others. After completing my undergraduate education, I plan to attend medical school, earn my M.D., complete residency training, and ultimately practice medicine. I am particularly interested in anesthesiology and surgery, although I look forward to exploring different specialties throughout my education and clinical experiences.

Graduate school interests

My primary graduate-level goal is to attend medical school and earn a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. I plan to complete my undergraduate education while serving in the military and prepare for medical school through science coursework, clinical experience, community service, and research opportunities. I hope to eventually specialize in an area such as anesthesiology or surgery and build a career centered on caring for patients and serving others.

Outside the classroom

My interests include learning about medicine and healthcare, studying science, volunteering in my community, fitness, technology, and learning about different cultures and languages. I also enjoy helping others navigate educational and community resources. I am particularly interested in exploring medicine and healthcare outside of the classroom as I prepare for my long-term goal of becoming a physician. I also value spending time with family and continually challenging myself academically and personally.
