Samantha Russell

I am currently a student at Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire. I am majoring in nursing but am planning on becoming a pediatric doctor. My dream is to work with children at the Boston's Children Hospital. I love helping others, especially children. In high school, I was a teachers aid and then a full-time teacher in a preschool for two years. My senior year in high school I was a teachers assistant at East Gloucester Elementary School in a 3rd grade classroom. I also taught dance classes Monday-Thursday at a local dance studio, and was a cheerleading coach for local Pee-Wee cheerleaders. During my junior and senior year of high school I was honored to be a part of the National Honors Society where I tutored children my age or younger, and did a lot of volunteer work. I love being a big part of the community and helping others around me. I have a lot of experience with working with young children and would love to continue doing this for the rest of my life.
