First Place in the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum 2013 Student Essay Contest

For a middle school assignment, I was asked to write an essay about the Oklahoma City Memorial. This essay would then be entered in a contest competing against other students my age. I won first place in all of Oklahoma grades 5-6.
Honesty Award

At my middle school graduation, I was voted by all of the eighth grade teachers to receive an honesty award for truthfulness, sincerity, and dignity.
Academic Letter Award

I received this award for academic excellence during the 2017-2018 school year.
Certificate of Scholastic Achievement for Algebra II

I received this award as a sophomore, which certified academic excellence for Algebra II (typically a Junior course) in the year of 2018.
Academic Bar Award

I received this award for academic excellence during the 2018-2019 school year.
January Student of the Month

I received this award for "Integrity" in the year of 2020.
Academic Bar Award

I received this award for academic excellence during the 2019-2020 school year.
President's Honor Roll

I have received a President's Honor Roll certificate every semester that I have attended the University of Central Oklahoma as a result of outstanding scholastic achievement.
The National Society of Leadership and Success

I was inducted as a member into this honor society in the year of 2023 and received a certificate to recognize my academic accomplishments.

Career goal: Editor in the Publishing Industry
Graduate school interests: I hope to attend Grad school, but I am not quite sure what I intend to study. After I graduate with my bachelor's degree, I would like to work in my field of interest for a few years before I attend Grad school.
Outside the classroom: I love reading and writing, which is one of the reasons for why I want to work in the publishing industry. I also enjoy traveling as well as spending time with my family and friends.
