About
My name is Sarah Plotner. I am from Newfane NY and i go to Johnson and Wales University in Providence Rhode Island for Baking & Pastry/Food Service Management. I have two sister and I live with my mom and step-dad. I love to do anything outside. I also love to read and write when i have the ideas. I hope that I can succeed in opening my own bakery someday because it is what I always wanted to do since I was a little girl.

After I graduate with an associates for Baking & Pastry I'm going to continue school for my bachelors in Food Service Management. After I graduate I hope to get a really good job for baking and save money to open my own bakery.

I like to draw and color. I also like to play guitar and listening to all types of music.
