About
Hello everyone! Some of my recent accomplishments have include graduating as a Cum Laude with an Associates Degree is General Life and Health Sciences and a Certificate of Achievement for Medical Assisting. Along the way I was able to earn my Basic Life Support certification (from the American Heart Association in 2019) as well as my First Aid certification (from the American Heart Association in 2019). During the school year I was honored to be elected president of the Medical Assisting Club at Bristol Community College ( Fall River campus).
The year 2020 has been challenging for us all as we adapt to the changes caused by covid-19. Through these challenges I was fortunate enough to sustain my A+ grade average, make the deans list, and win scholarship awards as well as other awards.
My message to all is to not give up no matter how big the struggles ahead may seem!

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My goal is to excel as a Medical Assistant and become CCMA certified in late September (2020).
I would also like to further my health research and upgrade my position within the health industry.- Graduate school interests
Mt interest would be attend Boston University and advance my knowledge of dental science and medicine . What I look forward to most is expanding my knowledge on occlusal and dentofacial malocclusions. I would like to leave this program with my Master of Science and Dentistry (MSD) as well as a certificate in orthodontics.
After this experience is complete I wish to continue my educational journey and become a professor to help younger generations expand their knowledge. I believe knowledge is one of the greatest gifts you can share with someone and teachers are able to make a huge impact in students lives, this is something I have always admired about education.A quote I adore which motivates my education and the power of sharing it with others is from professor, author and motivational speaker, Leo Buscaglia: "The fact that I can plant a seed and it becomes a flower, share a bit of knowledge and it becomes another's, smile at someone and receive a smile in return, are to me continual spiritual exercises."

Summer learning / baby sitting. This role includes taking kids out for fun events such as a beach or playground as well as getting creative with arts and crafts projects and other fun activities they may be interested in. Along the way I enjoy teaching them new skills (age dependent) such as learning shapes, colors, reading, writing, math or any other skills that will prepare them for their next school year so they are able to go into their next stage of life with confidence. *Currently still in practice during my free time.
