Seth Wicks

Crew Member at Poolside Grill at the Bexley Public Pool I worked with a variety of tasks, including stocking new shipments of food (mainly lifting heavy boxes to the freezers or refrigerators), organizing inventory, preparing food (chopping vegetables, making wraps and sandwiches, cooking burgers, operating the fryers etc.), taking out the trash, washing dishes, cleaning countertops and mopping floor, and occasionally opening or closing the establishment. Apart from these things, my most frequent and significant role was operating the cash register and greeting and interacting with customers. I took orders and sent them along to the chef, and also brought orders out to customers when they were done.

About

I am currently a senior in high school with plans to study aerospace engineering at the University of Cincinnati starting in the 2021-2022 academic year. I am passionate about science, food, music, and animals, among other things. I am generally out-going and friendly with everyone I come into contact with, and I enjoy working with others. I am incredibly hard-working, and I am determined to put my best effort into whatever I am doing. I can also learn new information rather quickly, and I am able to adapt to new roles whenever I am needed.
