My mission statement and teaching philosophy is to provide quality service to others-giving of myself, to help another is what I do best. As a result I am able to increase in wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Therefore, I seek to learn and grow. To learn and grow is key to a healthy living. I will seek to understand first, finding value in respect, sound decision making, and my personal actions which will nurture both internal and external relationships.

I believe every student is a capable learner. I purpose to exercise all knowledge and resources to provide a learning environment that is free of obstruction, safe, and encourages query and creativity. An innovative environment creates a community in which I can cultivate a higher order of thinking for the best learning outcomes enabling students to experience a genuine sense of growth and accomplishment.

I will consistently pursue and exercise such as to perpetuate what I believe, who I am, and what I stand for to teach others, to love, laugh, and to reach beyond their current bounds to unveil their source of true capabilities and potential..
