I have over 10 years of experience in Human Resources with 3 years directly in the field of training and development. Upon completing my Masters of HRD from Clemson University, I will be more than qualified to train adult learners, lead organizational development and change and much more in that field. I prefer to work in the educational industry where my experience is relevant; however, I am open to change and always seek challenges.
