My academic background upon a current state is I am currently in my senior year of my bachelors in health administration. I have two undergraduate certificates, which is an electronic health records fundamentals and medical records. I have a previous specialty certificate in dental assisting and dental radiology. I am pursuing my masters and post masters in health administration of healthcare compliance and privacy regulations management, where I would like to study a specialty in ethical compliance in medical law.

- Career goal
My job path intentions is to work for a healthcare organization as an ethical compliance officer for the human resource department. I feel as though the comfort of patient relations in a healthcare establishment has a lot to do with the fact of staff members be holding a sense of organizational behavior and understanding the compliance of privacy regulations that Hass to be maintained within the guidelines of the organizations stakeholders that should be accomplished and performed upon a health care facility and demonstrated thoroughly within the establishment for the sake of the patients. As I pursue the academic credentials as a ethics compliance officer I will take on the responsibility of understanding what is needed to be exercised with the informant of a healthcare organization in which to give more clarity and suit of comfort on behalf of patient relations and community guidelines.
