About

My name is Sipphora Lopez, and I am proud to share my history of achievements. During my junior year, I transitioned to a new school, where I enrolled in AP Studio Art and earned Honor Roll recognition. I competed in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, earning both a Silver Key and a Gold Key. My Gold Key piece, Through a Child’s Eyes, reflects my childhood experience of finding joy and love with my family despite living in deep poverty. The summer after junior year, I completed an internship at LVHN, where I gained hands-on experience with patients and expanded my knowledge in both the dental clinic and the breast cancer clinic. Throughout my life, I have faced challenges such as moving between schools and homes, constantly adapting to new environments. Despite these obstacles, I remain committed to pursuing my education with determination and resilience.
