After graduating with my bachelors more than 12 years prior, I decided to go back to school for my MBA in 2015. I did not want to be passed up for a job opportunity for being under qualified. I graduated May 13th, 2017 and I am now being sent to our division offices for a six week leadership rotation, which will give me the opportunity to advance in my career.
