Stephanie Messina

I started at Lamar University in Fall 2012 with my major being BS in Graphic Design. I joined the Sorority and National Organization of the Delta Beta Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi in Fall 2012. I had the Alumnae Relations Chair position as well as helping with Public Relations for Alpha Delta Pi. I changed my major to a Studio Art degree in Art Education K-12 in Summer 2015. I have plenty of experience with children such as substitute teaching for Pre-K, After School Care for the YMCA, teaching art for Summer Camp at the YMCA, and I have lifeguarded for four years. I am currently in my fifth year at Lamar University and should be graduating in Fall 2017. I am planning on going to Graduate School at University of Houston after I graduate from Lamar University. In my spare time I paint, draw, sing, focus on interior design, look after my nieces. I am extremely interested in studying abroad, preferably in Italy for painting or my Art Education class.
