About
I am currently enrolled at the University of Texas at Arlington in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. I currently work full time for Veteran's Administration as a Nurse Case Manager. Working with the veteran's can be challenging and rewarding at the same time. I enjoy working with them because they are so appreciative of the care they receive and it's the least that I can do to repay them for serving their country that I may have my freedom.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended job path is to specialize in Emergency, Internal medicine with and emphasis in endocrinology. I would also like to open a holistic clinic in underprivileged and rural areas.
- Graduate school interests
Once completing my studies, my interests are in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. My past education and many experiences in nursing have prepared me to be successful in this program. I hope to achieve a solid foundation of knowledge as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas at Arlington so that I may incorporate this into my practice and serve the public well.
- Outside the classroom
I have several hobbies, but my favorite are Bikram Hot Yoga, Kickboxing, meal prepping and teaching others the importance of caring for your body and living a healthy productive lifestyle.
