About

My name is Teleah Johnson, and I plan to attend Southeastern University to pursue a degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting. Throughout high school, I demonstrated dedication to both academics and leadership by maintaining Honor Roll status since middle school and serving as the JAG president for two years. These experiences strengthened my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while allowing me to make a positive impact on those around me. I am eager to embrace new opportunities, continue growing both personally and professionally, and begin my journey toward a successful career in business and accounting.

Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended career path is to earn a degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Southeastern University and build a successful career in the accounting and finance industry. I hope to gain experience working as an accountant, where I can develop strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills. In the future, I plan to use my education and professional experience to manage finances for businesses and eventually establish a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people in need, regardless of their background or circumstances. My goal is to use my career not only to achieve personal success but also to create opportunities and make a positive impact in my community through financial guidance, support, and service.

Graduate school interests

Yes, I am interested in attending graduate school after earning my bachelor's degree. I plan to continue my education by pursuing a master's degree in Business or Accounting to expand my knowledge, strengthen my leadership skills, and increase my career opportunities. Earning a graduate degree will help prepare me for advanced roles in accounting and business management while providing the expertise needed to achieve my long-term goal of starting a nonprofit organization that serves people in need. I believe graduate school will equip me with the skills and experience necessary to make a lasting impact in both my profession and my community.
