About
My end goal is research Psychology and perhaps become a professor. To start I am aiming for IO psychology, I believe that mental health and human behavior is best addressed in the place many find most tedious, their work. I intend to use psychology in order to improve work culture, talent management, and aid in those unsure of their chooses to find a career more congruent with their identity and reach self-actualization. With that being said, there is no part of psychology I do not love and to explore each part of it to the fullest.
