About
My name is Toyo Carter. I am currently a senior at the University of Houston-Main Campus. I majored in anthropology and minored in biology. I have plans to go to graduate school, and am in the process of becoming an ambassador for study abroad at my university. I would also like to become a residential advisor to further solidify my role as a student leader. I am currently a tutor, and I have completed a study abroad experience to Panama this past summer, taking a course in sustainable development in the context of island systems and tourism. I am still in the process of deciding what I would like to do after college, however, I am settling on becoming a social worker.
