About
I am currently an Art and Design student at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO, and studying photography. I am knowledgeable in math, science, music, and art. I have been involved in sports while growing up and throughout high school, which allowed me to become a very strong leader. My goal, though, is to become a professional photographer, taking studio and portrait photos as well as engagement and wedding photos, senior pictures, baby pictures, family pictures, military homecomings, and other special events. I also would love to travel and take photos. I became interested in photography when I was younger and continued to enjoy photography. It is artistic and creative, which I am skillful at. When I was a child, I would take pictures of anything and everything, hoping that the picture would come out creative and sharp. Not only did I take pictures, I wanted my photo to be taken. I have always been photogenic, which lead me to become more interested in photography. My father was a photographer but currently does photography as a side job while working in the Residential Life at Missouri State University. Seeing all of the pictures he had taken throughout the years has inspired me to pursue a career in photography. I strive to succeed and make a difference in others’ lives as well as my own.
