Yoselin Langston

Currently as a full-time student I am interested in volunteer work or interning. Once my graduation starts approaching, I would like to work for a Hospice Center or Pharmacy as a program manager or coordinator. Once I complete graduate school and have more experience as a healthcare administrator, then I would like to land a position as a director or executive for a pharmaceutical company. I am In Houston, Texas which is known for M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and other major hospital organizations; therefore, I would hope to find work here. I have also considered moving to Florida which has a large retirement community.

As I am approaching closer to graduation, I have come up with a plan for grad school. UHCL has an MHA/MBA healthcare administration program that peaks my interest. However, I would like to follow my dad's footprints and attend to Texas Tech University. Since I will be graduating with my bachelor's August 2022, I plan to take the following fall semester to study for my GMAT Exam and save some money to apply for Grad school to pay the first semester out of pocket. The goal for me is to obtain my master’s completely debt free.

I have recently began playing piano and I love art such as oil painting and drawing. I have received a scholarship for my rodeo art piece and was admitted to two different art galleries. I also enjoy photography where I was a photographer for Inspire Production for 2 years. Being out on the lake is my safe haven some activities I do are swimming, kayaking, and wake surfing.
