I was a rather enthusiastic and optimistic person who enjoy lead, motivate, inspire, and encourage people.Since I was at senior high school, I have been a leader of some school associations,such as the "Loving Heart Club"-- the association for helping disabled people, old man or children. We organized many charity performance, advocate people showing their loving hearts for students in poor and remote area. As an initiator and organizer, I contributes most of my spare time on motivating volunteers, picking the program, overseeing them to ensure they carry out certain works,etc. The performance successfully raised 8000 yuans which exceeds our expectations.And this performance largely encourages me to be a leader because I find great joy and large achievement from it. In fact, it lead me to major in business, because I was fascinated with a crazy idea -- to be a successful businessman inthe future so that I can help more people who really need help.
