Reading about current health advancements and learning as much as I can about my son and how to be the best father I can be. Staying in shape by physical fitness (weight training and running). Running in fun 5k's such as the color run, foam run, and i'm a yearly tough mudder participant. I enjoy movies, playstation 4 and laying out by the pool or at the beach.
