Maintained readiness of patient rooms, equipment, and supply systems to ensure rapid response capability. Collaborated with the multidisciplinary care team, communicated patient needs promptly, and upheld strict standards for infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality. Provided steady, compassionate support to patients and families during critical care procedures and emergent situations. Emergency Department Volunteer Supported clinical operations in a high-volume Emergency Department by assisting with patient intake, providing comfort interventions, and preparing rooms for rapid turnover. Retrieved wheelchairs promptly to facilitate efficient patient flow and safely transported patients to diagnostic imaging, inpatient units, and discharge locations while communicating mobility or comfort needs to the care team. • I was a server for the homeless. Delivered high-quality customer service during full dining shifts by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely food delivery. Maintained a clean and organized service area, restocked stations, and followed all food-safety and sanitation procedures. Collaborated with kitchen and front-of-house staff to manage table flow, resolve issues quickly, and support a positive dining experience. I set up and I also cleaned up after serving.
