Currently I am an undergrad student at Virginia Commonwealth University. I am completing the RN to BSN program with a current GPA of 3.6. I plan to start grad schools in the fall of 2016. I have been a pediatric nurse/ NICU nurse for the last 8 years. I have several responsibilities at my current job including but not limited to charge nurse, preceptor, and mentor. I have, in the past held leadership positions within administration and participated in my hospitals research committee.
