Arianna Pullen

Hi, my name is Arianna Pullen. I am a freshman at Mississippi State University majoring in chemical engineering. My whole life I have lived around family. Moving off to college was a big deal. I am the first and only grandchild to go straight to a university. It took courage and confidence to make the adjustment of leaving my family behind. My father is the one who encouraged me to enter the engineering field. I have enjoyed math and science since the beginning of high school. I figure engineering is the natural way to go. I was very involved in playing sports and being in clubs while in high school. I proudly graduated with highest honors while ranked in the top ten of my class. From all the success I had in high school, I plan to continue on that path while in college. I have already joined a couple of clubs and got involved in intramural sports. Academically, I achieved my goal this past semester. I am now able to join HonorSociety.org. Although I am I freshman, I have many goals set for myself and strive to do my best. I am climbing this hill one conquest at a time.
