Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended job path is to become a high school Art education teacher. My goal is to teach students that Art is anything you want it to be. I want my students to know that Art can be therapeutic and when they can't seem to find the words to say, they can express how they feel through paintings, drawings, etc.

Graduate school interests

My Grad school interests are to graduate with an Art Education degree k-12, with a certificate for Art Therapy. I would love to be able to do a studying abroad class where I can go to a different country and learn about the different Arts.

Outside the classroom

My hobbies include snowboard, kayaking, drawing, painting, crafting, crossfit, running events such as Tough Mudder and Color Run, spending time with family, etc.
