Sabrina Rubin

I am currently a Century College student going to school for my Associate's Degree in Human Services. I hope to transfer later to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and an Associate's Degree in Psychology. I graduated from Chisago Lakes High school with a 3.2 GPA and was on the B honor roll for most of my high school career. I was also enrolled in two college-level math classes. After High School, I started doing online classes right away online with Stratford Career Institute, which is based in Vermont. I got my certification in Photography and Veterinary Assistance. I am currently taking online courses there still to get my certification in Administrative Assistance and Psychology/Social Work. Currently, at Century, I am taking a course through a Leadership Institute and will receive a certification of Leadership at the end of April, 2017 or early May 2017. I am also going through Expert Rating online to receive a secondary certification in Administrative Assistance. I am a first generation college student, so success is a big goal for me and I plan help make the world a better place by helping people and animals. Horses, dogs and cats are my passion with animals, but I love all different animals. I am currently at a 3.5 GPA at Century and am a little more than halfway done with my degree requirements. I hope to graduate in August of 2018. After graduation, my family and I are moving South where it is warmer and I will continue my education there.
