About

Having earned my Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Chung Shan Medical University and worked in the hospital of hospice ward for four years in Taiwan, I am familiar and comfortable in this environment. I have also participated in the international medical program, assigned to PARAMI Hospital in Myanmar. During my career as a nurse in the hospice ward, I have learned how to work with my members and to lead the team. I know how to effectively communicate with my coworkers and patients. Having worked for four years in the medical field, I have discovered that many terminal and elderly patients lack social, economic, and spiritual support. I also believe that it is important to understand how to operate the healthcare system and formulate health policies. The desire to learn more about the healthcare system has led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Systems Administration.
