Hello, my name is Mercedes Boudreaux and I am 30 years old student and professional who resides in Houston, Texas. I am currently a grad student at Texas Southern University. My major is Administration of Justice and I have my Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. I have been employed as a Parole Officer at Texas Department of Criminal Justice for 2 years and plan on continuing my career path in the Criminal Justice System.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended job and career path is to obtain my Master of Science in Administration of Justice and continue working in the Criminal Justice System. I would like to obtain employment in Federal Probation, but I would also like to enroll in Law School. My goal is to educate myself as much as possible on the criminal justice system and assist in helping with the rehabilitation of offenders as well as with their reintegration back into society. I would also like to do more research and become a part of an organization such as the Innocence Project to assist in exonerating the innocent. I believe in justice innocent and guilty and passion to help others have allowed me to begin some of my goals as far as assisting in rehabilitation and reintegration.

I enjoy reading, researching crime documentaries, playing basketball, and attending church services.
