About
During my years of education, at this time I am a Veterinary student in Central Arizona Valley Institute of Technology in Coolidge, Arizona. Although I currently live in Casa Grande, Arizona and attend at Vista Grande High School, I still manage to attend to the Institute to start my future as a Veterinary Technician. I was born in Seattle, Washington but I grew up here in Casa Grande, Arizona. I have been living in Arizona for 10 years, we had a rough life back in Washington. When the housing crisis appeared in 2008, we realized it was our chance to move to a better life and start fresh. Throughout the years, I have always admire animals. At a smaller age, I have seen the poor creatures roaming in the streets in starvation, depression, and dark clouds swirling in their minds. All those animals suffer everyday to get through life, day by day. What I do to start preventing this sorrow, I buy dog and cat food to feed all the animals I come across to. I knew right then it's what I want to do with my life, to help save lives everyday and decrease death rates of stray domestic animals. There is cruelty in this world, cruel enough to dump animals in the dumpsters they do not want or leave them outside in the streets alone. I would like to change it all, and help the animals find new homes and new friends. I volunteer at the Valley Humane Society to improve my skills with animal handling and to better my communication to the society. Besides volunteering, my mother and myself have also use our spare time to help animals on our own. On the other hand, I am a member of Key Club, National Honors Society, Honors Society, and National Society of High School Scholars. I join organizations such as these to improve my communication, be professional, and to be a part of the community. I will manage to achieve my goals little by little and to change things around myself. Help improve loves and the mental health between animals and humans. Making human-animal bond strong.
