Veronica Winterroth

My name is Veronica and I am a student at Grand Canyon University. I am studying Justice Studies with minors in Forensic psychology and Behavioral Health Sciences. I was born in Washington state but moved to Arizona when i was a toddler and have remained here since. I graduated from an agricultural education based high school in Arizona. I graduated with the class of 2019 while also graduating with the class of 2019 from Estrella Mountain Community College with my Associates of Arts. I was given a Laureate distinction award for maintaining a GPA above 3.5 in both high school and community college courses all 4 years of high school.
I was raised by a house of strong, driven women who taught me to push for what I want to do in this life. I hope to use my education to pursue a career devoted to being the help that people need from the justice system while applying my knowledge and skills to creating a fair and safe justice system for everyone. My goal is to apply my degree towards detective work, with a passion for one day entering the FBI or CIA.
