About
Welcome, I am Allyssa Worthen and I currently attend Salt Lake Community College in the pursuit to obtain my Visual Art (Animination) Associates of Science Degree. I would then like to transfer to a University in California the hub of animation in order to get my Bachelor's animation. Here you will see my plans I have for school, my academic achievements and my future plans for my career after college. You will also get to know a little bit more about me as a person as well.

President's List
Fall Semester of 2021 I got onto the President's list for having a GPA of 3.8 or higher and having a course load of over 15 credits.

Academic Letter
In West Jordan High School you could reicieve an academic letter for having an accumaltive GPA of 3.7 for 3 quarters. I was able to get 3 academic letter because I had over a 3.7 GPA for over 9 quarters.

If you receive all Academic Letter's at West Jordan High School you receive the Academic Letter to wear at graduation.

National Honor's Society Sash
I was a National Honor's Society member for 3 years from 2019-2021. If you completed all your service hours and show you were an exceptional member you could receive the National Honor's Society Sash to wear at graduation.

CTE Graduation Chord
I received the chord for completing the Digital Media JATC pathway.

Won 2nd Place at the Technology Student Association State Conference in 3d Animation
I was put in a group of 3d animators to produce a short film under the theme Human's Impact on the Environment and my group's 3d animation film won second place in state level.
Goals and interests
- Career goal
I want to work in the industry as a storyboard artist and then move onto animating in-betweens for animation. Since I love bringing art to life and stories. A bigger goal is I would like to become a head animator of a series one day.

As an Honor's Society Member I was to collect and donate food to the Food Bank in my area in different intervals of the year. Along with the other National Honor's Society Members I decorated the boxes the food went into as well.
