About
I am a current student at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and my undergraduate major is Education with a concentration in English and Language Arts 5-12. I'm also obtaining a certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders. In the summer, I work as a Day Camp Counselor in up north Wisconsin, which contributes to my desire to pursue a career in teaching and advocating for our youth. In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing short stories, and spending time in nature with friends. A few times out of the month, I volunteer with SEA Literacy to provide tutoring and mentoring services to Milwaukee's refugee students.
