About
As a first-generation student at the University of Houston, I am motivated by a deep sense of purpose and the responsibility of being a trailblazer in my family. My journey is defined by a unique personal history; as the only girl among five brothers, I developed a resilient spirit and a natural command of leadership from a young age. These experiences have shaped my perspective as I pursue a marketing degree with a minor in public relations, where I am learning how to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and strategic business growth. I see my education as more than just a series of classes; it's the essential toolkit I'll need to eventually lead as a Creative CEO. My commitment to leadership is currently demonstrated by my position as Recruitment Chair for Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. In this role, I serve as the primary strategist for our chapter's expansion, balancing our sisterhood's empathetic values with the tactical demands of outreach and brand management. Every recruitment cycle gives me the opportunity to fine tune the executive skills—vision, persuasion, and organizational oversight—that will one day define my own business. I am convinced that my experience as a first-generation leader, combined with my commitment to my community and my craft, gives me a competitive advantage that is both authentic and unstoppable.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Embracing the path to become a Creative CEO is a goal, and I will approach each project as an opportunity to improve both my commercial intuition and my craft. This journey, in my opinion, is about a disciplined identity transformation—from a specialist who "does" the work to a visionary who "defines" the work—rather than simply climbing the corporate ladder. I see the position of Creative Director as an essential leadership and empathy apprenticeship in which I must learn how to maintain a creative spark while ensuring that it meets a quantifiable business objective. This stage is critical for developing the professional gravity required to anchor my own business in the future. When I finally start my own business, I see it as the pinnacle of creative autonomy. To me, being a Creative CEO entails creating an ecosystem in which innovation is the primary currency. I see entrepreneurship's challenges, such as financial risk and operational management, as the very framework that allows my art to exist on a global scale, rather than distractions from it. This career path represents a lifelong dedication to the belief that high-level creativity and sound business logic are not diametrically opposed, but rather the two critical pillars of a successful, self-sustaining legacy.
