About
My name is Kamaile Luke and I am currently preparing to complete my Bachelor in Psychology degree from Grand Canyon University in February of 2023. For the last seven years, I have worked for the Oregon Department of Justice as a lead victim advocate. My primary focus is working with victims and survivors in criminal cases in which an individual has been adjudicated Guilty Except for Insanity. Due to the complex case load, I work with crimes of all types (i.e., homicide, sexual assault, child abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence, etc.). I am passionate about helping those who are experiencing or have experienced trauma. As an aspiring Marriage and Family Therpaist, it is my goal to ensure both individuals and families have an experienced trauma therapist to support and guide them through their therapeutic journey.
