About
My name is Millicent Douthard, but to my friends and family, I am Mills. I am a senior at Coosa Christian School in Gadsden and will be graduating this May 25th (2023). I have been attending Coosa Christian since I was in 4K and have been involved in many different activities over the years. In elementary school, I was involved in 4H, the Spelling Bee and played on the basketball team. I was also on the All A Honor Roll and A/B Honor Roll. Once I entered middle and high school, I became involved in the Praise Team, Key Club, Yearbook Staff, Jr. Beta and Beta Clubs; as well as cheered for 4 years (Senior year - Co-Captain), played volleyball for 6 years (Junior and Senior year - Captain), played basketball for 2 years (plus the 2 years in elementary school) and played softball for 2 years. I was also Homecoming Maid my Sophomore and Junior years, Prom Princess my Junior year, Miss CCS my Senior year; as well as voted Who’s Who “Best Personality” (Freshman and Sophomore years), “Class Favorite” (Junior year) and “Most Stylish” (Senior Year).

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I plan to go into the medical field by working as a nurse. I would like to be a travel nurse, so that I can combine my passion for helping others with traveling and exploring new places.
- Graduate school interests
I am currently focused on gaining my undergraduate degree in nursing. After that takes place, I will decide on if I want to go further with my studies by attending graduate school.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy being active; whether that is indoors or outdoors. I enjoy doing arts and crafts, reading, playing tennis, swimming and other sports; such as volleyball, softball and cheerleading. I also enjoy music and dancing. I enjoy photography; as well as traveling and learning about new places and things.
