Juggling the demands of both roles, takes a drive within myself that I didn’t know I could have. I took the role hesitantly but coming into the managing role has been eye opening and has helped me push myself beyond compare. Being a supervisor has prepared me to embrace the challenges of managing a team while pursuing higher education.
