During my senior year of High School, I was accepted in the Nation Honor Society.

During my senior year of High School, I was awarded student of the month. My senior picture was posted on all social media and they gave me a beautiful message of achievements.

In Middle School, I was awarded with an outstanding student award at the end of the year. These awards were only given to one male and one female once a year. It was an honor to see my teachers and peers vote that I was an outstanding student.

I participated in SGA for three years in High School. My sophomore year, I was a member and aided in voting on events for our school. Junior year, I was the junior class vice president. During my last year, I served as student body president.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended job path is to be a clinical licensed social worker. I would love to work within a foster care system to guide children in times of defeat. Having the authority to protect and heal a childhood is a blessing. Children have always been close to my heart and they deserve to be raised with a family who loves, cares, and fights for them. Another field I would like to work in would be substance abuse counseling. Substance abuse has been apart of my life for years now. My dad is a recovered addict for three years and today is the head of a recovery organization in our church. Since volunteering in recovery and having a redeemed relationship between my dad, I believe that the Lord has lead me to my calling. I can also see the faithfulness of the Lord and where He can bring anyone who trusts in Him.
- Graduate school interests
I would be grateful to attend Liberty University’s master’s program in social work after graduation. If not, any online program to further my career with a MSW (Masters in Social Work) will be wonderful.
- Outside the classroom
Some of my hobbies include worship leading, public speaking in churches, photography, and videography. Each of these have sculpted who I am today. Worship leading and photography have both been passions of mine since I was seven years old. Public speaking and videography on the other hand are new hobbies in the past few years. Through each of these, the Lord has been moving in mysterious ways to show His Glory through the gifts He has provided me.
