About
I am a senior at East Carolina University completing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Information and Cybersecurity Technology, with expected graduation in December 2026. I currently hold a 3.81 cumulative GPA, was named to the Dean's List in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026, and am projected to graduate Magna Cum Laude. My upper-level coursework has included Digital Forensics, Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing, Intrusion Detection Technology, Cyberinfrastructure Security Management, and Regulations and Policies. I earned A's in most of these courses, and digital forensics has become the area I'm most passionate about.
Before transferring to ECU, I earned an Associate in Applied Science in Information Technology/PC Support & Services and an Associate in General Education from Fayetteville Technical Community College, graduating with honors in both programs. I also completed three college certificates in IT Hardware & Software, Microsoft Desktop Support, and IT Basics.
Professionally, I worked as an AI data labeling technician on a Department of Defense project, where accuracy and attention to detail were essential. For the past six years, I have also worked in direct care and client-facing roles, supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. That work has strengthened my patience, communication, and sense of responsibility. I have balanced this work with a full-time course load throughout my degree.
After graduation, I plan to begin my career in IT support while earning my CompTIA A+ and Security+ certifications, with the long-term goal of specializing in digital forensics and cybersecurity.
