Goals and interests
- Career goal
I intend to pursue clinical psychology to understand the distress and mental disabilities one may acquire through a lifetime. My personal drive originates from my association with mental disabilities within my immidiate family, such being my sister and dad. Enduring their personal issues, with my dad a victim of bipolar depression, paranoia, and schizophrenia, as for my sister ADHD and a learning disability, enhanced my exposure and their perspctives influence my ambitions to discover the process of their mental disabilites. I also intend to use the acquired eduction to vouch for those whom seem displaced in society due to the inflicting stereotypes. I hope to access a doctorate program in which can encourage such.
- Graduate school interests
I intend to immerse myself in a psychology program that values the persepctives of mental disabilites and delves in psychological processes essential for understaning them. My current ambitons rely on Stanford, hoping to retrieve and acceptence letter and gradually sucess my way up towards their phD program. My endeavors are linked to research, one-on ones, and hand-on activites that accentuates my knowledge and possible paths to vouch for mental health.

I worked alongside my Grandma as the teacher, and myself being an assistant. Classes occurred on Tuesday's every week in which valued STEM skills to help develop kids' educational journey. Ages 6-12 participated in activies my grandma and I conducted and created essential to their communication skills, comprehension, and ability to learn hands-on. Particularly for me, it was my responsibility to set-up labs, help those who might've staggered behind the group, and help them gather intel on what they were learning.
