About

My name is Candesi Ramoodit and I want to be a judge one day. Throughout my academic journey from elementary school to now getting my Bachelors degree in Law & Policy, I have always had an interest in the judiciary branch. Although my interest in the judiciary branch was not as big then as it is now, I have a drive for fairness and interest for law. My interest in becoming a judge, particularly in contract law, started to develop from my growing curiosity and fascination with how agreements can shape and mold relationships, and society. Although I've only had a small glimpse of contract law, to me, seems to be more than just enforcing promises. This also ensures that protecting rights and ecouraging ethical behavior in each contract and transaction. I want to study contract law and perhaps corporate law when I go to law school. Even though I just started my Bachelors degree, my fascination with law, and specifically contract law, only seems to be growing more.
