About

Healthcare and public-sector professional, emerging design strategist, and graduate student pursuing a dual MA in Design Leadership at the Maryland Institute College of Art and MBA at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. My career has spanned healthcare administration, social work, emergency management, nonprofit leadership, and federal service. I am particularly interested in human-centered design, organizational strategy, innovation, preparedness, and finding creative solutions to complex problems. I enjoy understanding the people and systems behind a challenge and developing practical solutions that bridge creativity with structure.
